My name is Kyle Niemiec, and I am CodeFlower! I am excited that you are here to learn a little about me and my professional work. In short, I am a motivated and self-taught individual with a rich work history and a great deal of curiosity, but you’re probably here to hear about my programming work! Chief Development Officer
My experience at DesignInk Digital was full of magic, growth, and coding success. Being hired off personal recommendation, I used the opportunity to expand my understanding of coding frameworks and creating realistic time frames and development plans for professional software solutions. In addition, working directly with clients to translate their conceptual ideas into technical road maps sprouted my ambition as a leader. Working with the most excellent team of graphic designers and marketing specialists, our small company of 6 delivered effective solutions time and time again.
Senior Software Engineer
It was a lot of fun to work with the dogs and people at Camp Bow Wow! Though not as small a company as DesignInk, our development team was tightly-knit and grew to synchronize with detailed code reviews, clean coding solutions, and a learning-based mindset. The majority of my work at CBW was focused on maintaining and expanding the internal front-desk software known as Data Dawg. Having a couple of larger projects of my own, I took the initiative in designing architectural plans and creating Scrum epics to teach my fellow developers through detailed issue stories and hand-drawn diagrams.
